Flexible Online Learning

We provide our comprehensive TESOL training to Sydney based students through online distance education. This format allows you the flexibility to study at your own pace with interactive materials, recorded lectures, and assessments based on real-world scenarios, designed to give you a thorough understanding of TESOL principles and practices. We can assist you in finding an in-person practicum in Sydney or you can gain practical teaching experience through live video conferencing classes with English learners based in India or Thailand.

Practical Placement in Sydney

You will LOVE practical placement - it is the most rewarding part of the course. ​Placement is when everything you learn in the course comes together and you will be able to put your skills as an English teacher into practice. 

LTi will work with you to find a suitable Practical Placement host organisation or teaching situation. This may be an in person placement with our network of organisations that have previously hosted our students, or we also have the option of online placements with real learners via live Zoom classes. These are genuine English teaching opportunities allowing you to teach in real-time to students around the globe.

​In some cases you may choose to take the initiative of seeking out and finding an option in your local community.  If you know of institutions near you that you'd like to approach rather than using one of our recommended organisations, you will need to check that options you find meet the Course requirements. If you organise your own placement, then we may be able to reduce your course fee. Conditions apply, please contact us for more information about this option. ​​
