Your extension request has been received.

What happens next?

​Your extension application will be reviewed by one of our team members and processed within the next five (5) working days. Within this time:

• Payment will be checked (if applicable) and a receipt will be sent
• Your enrolment details will be updated

Once your extension has been processed, and if all is in order, you will receive a formal Confirmation of Extension email. If your access to the online learning system has been suspended, then it will be reactivated when you receive the Confirmation of Extension email.

Please note that these emails can sometimes be mistakenly filtered into junk or spam folders. If you don't receive an email from us within 5 days, please search for it and let us know if you can't find them.

If your extension application is rejected, then you will be notified of the reasons why and any extension fee paid will be refunded to you.

In the meantime, please don't hesitate to contact us if needed and speak to our friendly staff about the progress of your enrolment.
