LTi Payment and Refund Policy
Important Note: This is the standard payment and refund policy. Course fees and subsequent payment and refund policies may vary between locations and are subject to change prior to enrolment without notification. If a course has a different payment and refund policy, the payment and refund policy will be available on the particular course's information page under Class Locations.

Subject to Centrelink's assessment of individual circumstances, students may be eligible for Youth Allowance, Austudy, ABSTUDY and Pensioner Education Supplement payments. Students need to apply to Centrelink with the Course details.

Payment Conditions and Options
Deposit
A deposit of $200 accompanying the completed Enrolment Form must be paid to Language Training Institute in advance of the participant beginning the Course.
Balance of Payment
The balance of monies owing must be paid by installments (see Course Fee for installment options).
Option 1 Payment Conditions:
If using the payment Option 1, students must $1000 the full course fees prior to commencement of the Course and the balance of payment after the delivery of the first 4 units (which are QLD244LCL01B - Analyse Language, Culture and Learning, QLD244AEL01B - Analyse the English Language, QLD244AMT01B - Apply Approaches and Methods in TESOL and QLD244DSP01B - Design Syllabus and Plan Lessons)
Options 2 - 4 Payment Conditions:

Options 2 - 4 Payment Conditions:
- If using payments Options 2 - 4 students will required to agree to a payment plans authorising LTi to debit a nominated bank account or credit card according to the chosen payment options details (payment amount and frequency).
- Your Certification will not be issued until your course fees have been paid in full.
Refund Policy
The $200 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances except either:
Under payment option 1:
Under payment options 2 -4, there can be no refund of any payment after it has been made and the full balance of the fee remains payable until the entire Course fee is paid. Refund of the initial $200 deposit is only as stated above.

- The Course does not proceed or
- You do not meet the entry requirements (see the Enrty Requirements page)
Under payment option 1:
- First Payment - no refund of the first payment of $1000 will be made beyond three (3) working days past the start of study. If a student decides to withdraw within three (3) working days after the start of study, they must notify LTi in writing and all funds paid except the $200 deposit will be refunded.
- Second Payment(due after the delivery of the first 4 units) - no refund of the balance of payment will be made beyond three (3) working days past of the payment. If a student decides to withdraw within three (3) working days after the payment has been made, they must notify LTi in writing and all funds paid except the $1000 first payment will be refunded.
Under payment options 2 -4, there can be no refund of any payment after it has been made and the full balance of the fee remains payable until the entire Course fee is paid. Refund of the initial $200 deposit is only as stated above.

Course Resources
The Course Fee covers a full TESOL Training Suite which is described in detail on the TESOL Resources page.
Please note: LTi has a policy of retaining all assessment submitted by students. Therefore, if students have submitted their answers in the Workbooks provided by LTi they will need to return their Workbooks containing the completed assessment to their trainer who will provide them to LTi for record keeping purposes at the end of the Course.

Possible Additional Fees
Extension Fee
The close of study date varies for each class location depending on the duration and intensity of the course. The close of study date is specified on the relevant class information page (i.e. Distance Learning page or one of the Class Location pages). If you are unsure of your close of study date, please contact LTi.
If for any reason an extension is required, you can apply for one by completing a Extension Application Form. Extensions will incur an additional fee which may range from the minimum administration fee of $110 up to the full course fee*
Document Reissue Fee
A Document Reissue fee will apply in the event that a student requests the reissue of a Certificate, or Competency Transcript, or Statement of Attainment issued by LTi that they had previously received. The Reissue Fee is $99*
